Return Policy

1- SUBMIT A REQUEST: Contact us to submit a request

2- RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Receive return authorization (RA) with the exact return address.

3- SHIP IT BACK: Print and attach the shipping label (if applicable) and the RA form to the outside of the box

4- RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT: Sit back and relax. After the product has been received and inspected, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.

We get it, returns happen. At Baja Covers we strive to make it easier for our customers to go through this process. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to submit a request to get the process started.

We stand behind the quality of our products and can return a product within 30-days from the date of delivery (exceptions apply, see below).

Should you wish to open a return, please submit a return request sending an email with pictures of the item at sales@tonneau-cover.ca. Exceptions may apply, see below.

Exceptions:

Items which are used, installed, altered by the user, missing original package/components/paperwork are non-returnable
Items discontinued or on final sale are non-returnable
Items sourced directly from the manufacturer on “special order” may not be returnable or may be subjected to restocking fees up to 20% of the goods purchased.
Products which have been discontinued since time of purchase may be eligible for store credit only

You may choose to return your purchase for refund or replacement within 30-days from the date of delivery, any returns submitted after 30-days, will only be eligible for store credits. Please be advised that return freight charges will apply.

All returns will be inspected by our warehouse team before a refund can be issued.

We strongly advise you to inspect the package and take photos for your records before returning to document the original condition of the product, in order to avoid potential complications with inspection.

If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, please send us clear images and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

CURT class 3 trailer hitches are designed, built and tested to accommodate a wide variety of towing applications. They are used on everything from full-size cars, vans and crossovers to light-duty pickup trucks and SUVs. Class 3 trailer hitches are perfect for towing fishing boat trailers, popup campers, ATV trailers, utility trailers and much more. They are also ideal for adding storage space to your vehicle with a hitch-mounted cargo carrier or bike rack (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest-rated towing component).

Each CURT class 3 hitch is engineered to fit on a specific vehicle. This provides the best possible fit and easiest installation. This particular custom class 3 hitch fits specific years of the Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain, Pontiac Torrent and Saturn Vue (to verify vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide or use the Vehicle Lookup tool). It is designed to integrate with the vehicle's existing features and offer a reliable connection to your trailer.

This Chevy / Pontiac / Saturn / GMC hitch is stringently tested in accordance with SAE J684 to ensure a weight carrying capacity of 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight and 350 lbs. tongue weight. It is compatible with a weight distribution hitch to provide more stable towing and a weight distribution rating of 4,000 lbs. WD and 400 lbs. WDTW. It also features a 2" receiver tube opening to accept ball mount or other hitch accessory with a 2" x 2" shank.

From class 1 to class 5, all CURT custom-fit receiver hitches are made in the USA to ensure quality from design to finish (may include imported hardware). They are designed with hands-on engineering for a precise fit. They are welded using a combination of manual and robotic operations for speed and accuracy. Finally, they are finished with our unique co-curing process. Each hitch is dipped in a liquid A-coat for rust prevention, inside and out, and then co-cured in a durable black powder coat finish for maximum rust, chip and UV resistance.

Every CURT custom hitch design is thoroughly tested at our in-house testing facility in Detroit, MI. We adhere to the proposed SAE J684 testing protocols to make sure that the hitch you mount on your vehicle will be a dependable means to enjoy your lifestyle.
